Guardian Module:

Access is setup by User. Giving only access to the features that they need.
Tracks all connections to other AS/400s, even if they are using TELNET.
Can restrict Users from connecting to your AS/400 by Project, Day and/or Time.
Restrict Users from connecting to other AS/400s.
Can restrict a User from accessing you AS/400 unless they have a project
assigned. This is a valuable tool when dealing with external Consultants.
Complete audit of all changes to master files.
Audit of all security violations.
Tracks all Sending and receiving of Files from and to your AS/400.
Restrict Users from being able to send off your AS/400 without someone
approving the file(s).
Ability to audit certain functions used by a User
Ability to enter messages that require call back by other people. A message
can be turned into a Problem Issue and have a user assigned.
Runs on the AS/400 native.
Completely Y2K compliant.

Project Management:

Enter Customer Information
Create Projects, Assign and Bill from one system. To Bill you must be licensed for the Billing Module.
If you have Users entering their time daily, you can run reports showing what projects are being worked on.

Billing Module::

Billing is done based on files, so if you have a customer that is billed for connect time. The software calculates the number of hours & minutes and writes a billing record.
Ability to invoice based on Activity or Task, by Customer and Project.
Ability to create billing records that will automatically repeat. If you bill your customer $1000.00 per month for maintenance or pre-paid consulting, you just set it up in the Master File and it will do the work for you. You can repeat bill based on Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly and Yearly.
Handles Canadian & US Taxes.
